Kyle Walker's passing has improved under Pep... but that's about it

Stat Attack | Posted on by
Ahead of Manchester City's trip to face Tottenham at Wembley Stadium this weekend, daily fantasy football game Oulala.com have analysed Kyle Walker's performance data in the Premier League, comparing his final season at Spurs to his debut campaign for City and it's not good news for the 27-year-old with the stats revealing a decline in eight out of 11 key areas since his switch.

As he prepares to face former side Tottenham, Kyle Walker is on the brink of adding the Premier League title to his League Cup winner's medal for new club Manchester City since his £50 million move from North London last summer.

However despite the trophies and mentoring from arguably the world's best manager in Pep Guardiola, Walker's performance levels have in fact declined when compared to his last season under Mauricio Pochettino.

As Oulala.com's infographic shows, Walker has improved the passing side to his game, an area in which all players tend to do under Guardiola. However as the stats show, the right-back has fallen in every other key area.
